Sell wellhead equipment, valves, and production supplies to operators and service companies in the Permian Basin. Territory: Midland, Odessa, and surrounding fields. You will manage 80-120 active accounts, prospect new operators, and own your number. This is relationship sales in a relationship-driven industry.
Base $70k + aggressive commission. Our reps make $115k-$160k OTE. Top reps cleared $190k last year.
Experience in industrial or oilfield sales preferred but not required. Willingness to be in the field daily. Reliable truck (company mileage reimbursement). West Texas roots a plus.
