Bright Future Solar
Lead a crew of 4-6 installers on residential and small commercial solar jobs across the Las Vegas metro. You will be responsible for job site safety, quality of installation, and crew productivity. Average 3-4 installs per week. Bonus on crew output.
We pay weekly. Trucks and tools provided. Health and dental on day 1.
Experience in roofing, electrical, or solar installation. Comfortable working at heights. Valid driver's license. Willing to start early (6am crew call).
