Lead a 12-person field sales team driving residential and commercial solar installations across the Southwest. You will own revenue targets, coach reps on deal structure, and close enterprise accounts directly. This role requires travel 3-4 days per week across AZ, NM, and CO.
We move fast. Last quarter our top RSD closed $4.2M. This is not a management role where you delegate and golf — you are in the field, closing, and building.
Proven track record in B2B or energy sales. Willing to travel extensively. Strong at pipeline management and coaching field reps. No solar experience required — we train on product.
